Please contact us at contact@ayeshaa-collection.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

Returns must be sent to our headquarters in the United Arab Emirates. The exact return address and instructions will be provided by email once your request has been confirmed.

Once your request has been confirmed by our customer service team, you have 5 business days to send your return.

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where an item is faulty or an error has been made on our part.

For exchanges, shipping of the replacement item is complimentary.

Refunds will be processed once the returned parcel has been received and inspected.

These conditions are subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the relevant legislation.
