General terms & Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale described below set out the rights and obligations of the company AYESHAA, operating under the website https://www.ayeshaa-collection.com – registered under the license operated by E-LAYAN FZC LLC – and its customer within the scope of the online sale of items.
Any order placed on the website https://www.ayeshaa-collection.com implies the buyer’s full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their latest version.
The website is available in English.
Article 1: Prices
AYESHAA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated at the time the order is placed.
Prices are stated in Euros, calculated inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs.
As our company is based in the United Arab Emirates (outside the EU), please note that your bank may charge additional fees related to your purchase. We do not cover these fees and cannot be held responsible for them.
Article 2: Orders
To place an order on our website, you must select the item(s) of your choice and add them to your cart. At this stage, you can modify your cart at any time. To proceed with your order, simply click on the “Checkout” button.
You will then need to enter your personal details accurately and choose your shipping method.
Next, you will be asked to provide your payment details.
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the validation of your order to the email address provided by the customer. Please note that sometimes the confirmation email may be found in the “Junk/Spam” folder.
Both parties acknowledge that the products displayed on the website www.ayeshaa-collection.com may no longer be available or offered for sale at the time the order is placed.
Article 3: Payment Terms
By validating your order, you acknowledge your obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payments can be made by credit card, Apple Pay (via Stripe), or PayPal. Cash on delivery is available only within the United Arab Emirates.
If you have a store credit, please note that it is valid only for items available online in our boutique (excluding shipping fees, which remain your responsibility).
The Client is required to check the condition of the delivered items. Any anomaly (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
AYESHAA has no access to its customers’ banking details at any time.
Invoices are issued in PDF format and sent via a link by email at the time of order confirmation.
Article 4: Cancellation and Modification
Your order will only be canceled if the payment is not validated.
You may request a modification of your order provided that it does not change the final amount paid and is subject to stock availability (size, color, model).
To do so, please contact us at contact@ayeshaa-collection.com with the subject line “Order Modification.”
Once the email “Your order is in transit” has been sent, it will no longer be possible to modify your order.
Article 5: Shipping and Delivery
We offer two delivery methods:
Standard Delivery (France and European Union): Shipments are dispatched every Monday and Thursday via GLS.
- Delivery timeframe: 7 to 10 business days.
- No additional fees apply.
Express Delivery: Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Saturday via FedEx.
- France and EU: Delivery within 48 to 72 hours (customs duties may apply).
- North America and the United Kingdom: No additional fees apply.
Delivery local : Shipments are dispatched every day from Monday to Saturday via Aramex Express.

UAE (7 Emirates) : Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days.

GCC Countries (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain): Delivery timeframe : 3–4 business days.
Delivery times are for reference only. In the event of a delay, no penalty or compensation can be claimed.
We currently ship to the following countries: UAE, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, Netherlands, United States, Canada, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Belgium. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.
We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are received.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the chosen delivery method.
A tracking number will always be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
For deliveries to France, please note that the tracking information only becomes active once the package arrives in France. If the tracking link is not immediately updated, there is no need to worry — your order is on its way.
Please note that customs duties, if applicable, remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
Additional Information
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. In the event of a return caused by an error on your part, such as undeliverable address, incomplete or unknown address, unclaimed package, or any other reason for which we are not responsible, we will charge you again for the shipping costs to return your package.
- In case of non-receipt or delay of your package, we ask that you contact the carrier directly.
- For orders outside the UAE, depending on the destination or the total amount of your order, additional customs duties or taxes may apply in the destination country. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the Client.
If the Client refuses to pay the required customs duties, the package will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will refund the Client’s order (excluding shipping costs).
- Please note that all items purchased with a promotional code, on sale, or in clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
All texts, photos, videos, and any content appearing on the website www.ayeshaa-collection.com are the exclusive property of AYESHAA and are protected by copyright law.
Any reproduction, downloading, or modification, even partial, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Please note that the colors of photos and videos displayed on our website and across our social media channels may vary slightly due to differences in screen brightness and calibration, as well as natural lighting variations during shooting.
Article 7: Our Creations
All of our creations (abayas, kimonos, undergarments, sets, and hijabs) are designed and conceptualized by Ayeshaa Collection.
Each piece is handcrafted in a sewing workshop based in the United Arab Emirates.
As a result, our creations are unique and may have a maximum margin of 2.5 cm on the sizes indicated in our size guide.
