Where is Ayeshaa Collection based ?
Ayeshaa Collection is proudly located in the United Arab Emirates, where every order is carefully prepared before being shipped.
How can I contact you?
You can reach us anytime at contact@ayeshaa-collection.com. We usually reply within 24–48 hours. Our team is happy to assist in English or French.
Orders & Payments
Do you offer pre-orders ?
No, all our garments are already made and ready when you place your order, so you receive your pieces quickly.
I live in Dubai, can I pay in cash?
Yes. Prices are shown in euros, but no worries — you will pay in AED upon delivery. The amount is converted by Aramex (estimate about € ÷ 4). A 10 AED fee applies for cash payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I choose delivery to a pick-up point ?
No, we work exclusively with carriers who deliver directly to your home.
How long does delivery take ?
For standard delivery, your order will arrive at your home within 8-10business days. For express delivery, it takes 2–3 business days.
What happens after my Standard Delivery order has been shipped?
1. Shipped
Your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
2. In Transit
Your parcel is on its way to France. Please note that tracking may remain unchanged for several days during this stage. This is normal and your parcel is still moving.
3. Arrived at the France Distribution Hub (Aulnay-sous-Bois)
Once your parcel arrives at the distribution hub, tracking will be updated and the next delivery steps will appear.
4. Delivered
Your parcel is handed over to the local carrier and delivered to the address provided.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Your parcel is on its way from the UAE to France. Tracking is not active during international transit and will update once it is scanned at the French distribution hub.
Are there any customs fees ?
For standard deliveries, there are no customs fees. For express shipments, fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer international shipping ?
Yes ! We are proud to share our creations with women around the world. If you don’t see your country in the dropdown at checkout, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll be happy to find a solution.
Sizing, Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer custom made abayas ?
We do not offer custom-made abayas, but our creations are available in sizes 50 to 62 for certain models. We’re confident you’ll find the perfect fit for you.
How do I choose the right abaya size ?
You can refer to our detailed size guide to find your ideal fit. Please note that we use Emirati sizes for all our abayas.
