What is your return policy ?

How long does delivery take ?
For standard delivery, your order will arrive at your home within 8-10business days. For express delivery, it takes 2–3 business days.
Do you offer pre-orders ?
No, all our garments are already made and ready when you place your order, so you receive your pieces quickly
Where is Ayeshaa Collection based ?
Ayeshaa Collection is proudly located in the United Arab Emirates, where every order is carefully prepared before being shipped.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Your parcel is on its way from the UAE to France. Tracking is not active during international transit and will update once it is scanned at the French distribution hub.
Are there any customs fees?
For standard deliveries, there are no customs fees. For express shipments, fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
